Nalley Fresh in Baltimore

Nice choice for vegetarians. "Make your own" concept works well if you are picky and want your own taste/flavor. Loved their cilantro sauce. Go for a bowl with sweet potato if you like sweet stuff. Bit expensive but worth it. You can sit out in summer.

The salad was delicious

Amazing food at great prices. They were patient with me and my 5 children, lol. I ordered a wrap and the vegetarian chili. I did not enjoy the taste of the chili much. It was sort of spicy and had an aftertaste. Probably the best wrap I ever had with fresh ingredients! I know I should've ordered a salad because they didn't have vegan wraps, but it was well worth every cent!

I have been to other nalley fresh locations, and love them. But the one near the inner harbor leaves a lot to be desired Tiny. Little, uncomfortable seating. Grumpy staff. An overall old, dirty look. I will go to the other locations again, for sure, but not the inner harbor one!

Staff is ready for action and here to serve. The food was pretty good MTO. Service was definitely memorable

only reason im not fiving it 5 stars is its a little pricey. but worth the experience. food was filling, and phenomenal. the smell caught me when i walked in, but the taste was so much better than i thought. the staff was super helpfull. they could tell i was a first timer and lost and confused. they were patient and helped me make a meal i would love

I had the sweet potato bowl. It was very good and boutiful! Staff was very nice and professional. We had three kids that ordered their own plates and staff was impressed with the kids knowledge of vegetables. I will visit again when in the area.

Yummy choices and high quality food. Good salads, bowls and soups.

My salad was mediocre at best (I got a green salad with tofu). There was way too much dressing and it was like a soup left over after I finished the salad. The service was very rushed even though I was one of 3 people there. The worker making my salad did not have a good attitude either. She threw my salad together carelessly and put in cheese as I told her not to. When she put my salad in my bowl, she threw it in so carelessly that some of it spilled on to the table and never made it into my bowl. This restaurant uses way too much plastic, too - they should convert to using paper bowls for take out and biodegradable utensils and ditch the plastic bag.

Great salad place. I love the customizability, but the menu options are also nice. I'm super picky about salad and I really enjoy going here for lunch. Blackened chicken is definitely better than grilled or shredded.

The food is fresh, great location, fast service and clean; however, staff loses patience easily.

this is great place to eat lunch. I usually order small salad because a full size salad is too big for me. I pay approximately 70% of a full size salad price for a small salad, but the salad portion is not even 50% of the full size. either lower the small salad price or give more for it.

The food here is excellent! During lunch time it feels pretty rushed, but once you get used to the way it works, it makes for a very efficient service. Even though the line sometimes seems very long, the efficiency makes the wait very reasonable. Best healthy lunch option in the Inner Harbor area!

great place , one of the only healthy places to eat in balto/inner harbor - has it all wraps, bowls or salads. Great for vegetarian and vegans. Highly recommended.

Its set up like Subway but has 9 times the options!!! Truly fresh and 100% satisfying. If you're looking for healthy options at a great price, this is the place. We're vegan and were blown away by how many vegan options there were! Their "dressings and sauces" board indicates which options are vegan friendly, low sodium, gluten free, or spicy.

would give 0 stars if possible.absolute worst customer service experience of my life when I ordered take out. Not only was the order nearly an hour late, the staff made me feel like a burden. They never answered the phones and in person they were very rude. I will not be returning

Amazing! We had fresh, nutrient packed options to eat! We lived the option of adding broth as a topping to our bowls!! Yummy! We are total fans! Please open one near us in York, PA!!!!

First time I visited this place, and it is an instant favorite. The name of this place holds true. The food was very fresh. The variety of options is a bit overwhelming at first, but they have a good menu to get you started. I ordered the brown rice bowl, customized it to my liking, and had it stir fried. Wow. The food was delicious! The cilantro vinagrette, sliced parm, and red sauce on top of the food was an amazing combo that really gave the dish a great flavor. They have so many healthy foods to choose from. My wife got a greek salad and really enjoyed it, too. My daughter loved the mac and cheese from the kids menu. I also liked that they had a full nutritional breakdown of all their menu items that you could access online. I guess to sum it up, the food is healthy, it's fresh, it's delicious, and I wish they would open one up in Frederick, Md!

Good for a quick healthy bite. Had vegetarian and vegan options. Lots of unique flavors. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The price was great for good food fast.

Nalley Fresh is just so bomb....it doesn't matter which location I go to.

Food was very fresh and employees were great and customer service oriented.

I wish I could give them anything below 1 star. I have been vegetarian all my life and I ordered a salad without any meat but tofu that was chopped small and marinated with herbs. Being busy I eat at my desk with very little time to pay attention to my meal. 2nd or 3rd bite felt different and I noticed it wasn't tofu. It was chicken that looked like tofu. Went back to the store and the manger was super indifferent about whole matter. I was like I am so upset that I ate something I have avoided all my life by choice. On other thought what if there was something in that salad that I was allergic to? But the manager could care less. I will never go back!!!

Fresh and tasty, but terrible service. Slow, disorganized and unfriendly staff made the experience less pleasant than it could have been. The food is nice and fresh, though, so if you don't mind terrible service, Nalley's is great!

Great option for healthy eating in Baltimore

Food is good! Chipotle style setup of building your own bowl, wrap, or salad. Great portions. Customer service could just be a tad bit better.

I loved the Blue Collar salad. Very fresh and fast!

The place looks good and the collection is also impressive but the taste was average. We had lunch here. It was just ok.. ish

They serve a variety of meal salads and also “bowls”. (Check out their menu for better detail). I had the Asian bowl with salmon as my protein. I also had turkey chili. My items were a little more peppery than bowls or turkey chili I have had elsewhere; I like it this way, but I know some people would find it too hot. I don’t know if this is typical there everyday. This place is a breath of fresh air from the standard fat-laden foods in the touristy chain restaurants of the area. I like a crab cake once in a while, but sometimes you need a break from steak and seafood.

Delicious, healthy lunch option. It's a short walk from the pier hotels and you can swing by CVS on your walk back. They do a quick lunch and had $7 hearty bowls which were very filling delicious. You can personalize everything to your heart's content, but I got the standard sweet potato bowl and it was delicious. I will probably visit again during my 5 day stay here.

From my take out order experience. I ordered online which was quick and easy. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was not very attentive to greet anyone that walked in the door. They just chatted among themselves in the back. I had ordered a falafel wrap and this place has the worst falafel I have ever tasted. It was dry and tasteless. I only got 3 bites into the wrap and could not eat the rest. They also did not put a side order that I was charged for in the bag and was not noticed until after I got home. I will not be returning to or ordering from this establishment again.

Best salads...build my own. Make sure to get bacon it is good.

A good place with decent and fresh food. I had a the special, the mango chicken wrap, it was good but nothing out of the ordinary or different from other similar joints popping all aver the place. It was a hot and steamy day in Baltimore!

It was good food, but a little bit on the bland side. The teriyaki bowl I had was cooked but the broccoli were not fully cooked, so kind of made the overall taste not so good.

The chicken teriyaki bowl is amazing.

I have hesitated to go there for a while but I must say, I was impressed by the delicious salad. The cheddar broccoli soup could have used some more seasoning but the salad was excellent.

Not too much good or bad to say. Pretty bland. The veggies seem fresh but the falafel was flavorless. The "noodles" for the noodle bowl was just plain pasta. Maybe that's my mistake as i was expecting some type of Asian noodle.

The food was delicious and filling, And the staff were nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend if you wanted a healthy food option~ they're a bit pricey but the food is worth it!~( The stuff is like $9.25 for everything aside from the Wraps, the Wraps are $8.75)
